Golden Oar was founded by Jester Lloyd Bautista, PhD, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, CCRN, SCRN, a doctorate-prepared nurse leader who has practiced nursing since 2008 and taught nurses since 2009, with experience across critical care, nursing education, academic leadership, and healthcare systems improvement. What began as a mission to bridge the gap between nursing education and exam readiness has grown into a platform supporting both healthcare education and workforce solutions, always guided by compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
